Both the online live class schedule and the In-Person class schedule are available from the website and comprise of over 10 classes weekly, mornings and evenings most days each week. Cara McGrath Pilates is based in Wexford but offers online membership to you anywhere in the world. Outside of Covid lockdown, there are live in-person classes in New Ross and the Hook Peninsula.
